THE USEFUL ANSWER

A starting monthly price is only one component. Normalize the number of creator accounts, earnings tier, AI allowance, variable fee and required features before comparing the total.

  • Separate CRM access from AI usage and performance-based fees.
  • Use account-specific quotes when the public page depends on earnings or tier.
  • This publication is operated by Onlytool; the comparison is not independent.
THE IDEA, VISUALLYBuild one comparable quote
  1. Scope

    Creators, features and billing period

  2. Fixed

    Subscription and account charges

  3. Variable

    Usage, commission and fee base

  4. Total

    Scenario cost plus stated exclusions

An editorial procurement sequence. Public prices are a starting point, not a substitute for the terms applying to your account.

First decide which job is in the quote

A CRM subscription and an AI revenue-share service may solve overlapping but different parts of the operation. Comparing their headline prices without defining the job can make an incomplete setup look cheapest.

Write the required account count, collaboration controls, conversation functions and AI scope. Identify whether a human team still needs another system alongside the product. Use the stack planner to calculate a scenario after the fee definitions are clear.

Onlytool operates this publication and is included below. Treat the table as a sourced pricing overview, not an independent ranking or evidence that we tested every listed product.

Read the public structures carefully

Public references were checked on 10 September 2026. Prices, eligibility and features can change; confirm the configuration and agreement before purchasing.

Product Public pricing signal What still needs normalization
Infloww OnlyFans plans start at $40 per creator per month; pricing depends on earnings Applicable earnings tier and account count
Supercreator Displayed starting tiers include $15 CRM and $99 Super AI; the latter lists a 5% AI-net fee and 10,000 credits Earnings selection, usage beyond allowance and actual feature tier
Substy Monthly OnlyFans tiers list $0 + 15%, $69 + 10%, and $99 + 8.5% of net AI earnings Feature differences, eligible base and creator count
Onlytool Terms describe 20% of attributed AI PPV unlocks and tips, with no fixed subscription Attribution and the eligible transaction base

Calculate a neutral example before naming a winner

Consider two hypothetical offers with identical scope and fee definitions. Offer A charges $40 per creator for three creators. Offer B charges $99 per creator plus 5% of $3,000 total eligible sales.

A costs 3 × $40 = $120. B costs (3 × $99) + (0.05 × $3,000) = $447. These are invented offers used to explain arithmetic, not quotations for the products in the table. They do not establish equivalent functionality or performance.

If B includes a capability that A requires another service to supply, add that service to A before comparing complete stacks. If both require review labour, include the relevant cost or state that the comparison excludes it.

Ask for the fields a headline cannot answer

Request a written quote showing billing cadence, creator count, earnings tier, included usage, overage calculation and any commission basis. Ask how account additions or removals affect the billing period.

Confirm whether the required collaboration and control features are included in the selected tier. A cheaper tier that cannot support the team’s approval process is not a like-for-like alternative.

Keep taxes, currency conversion and other exclusions visible when relevant. Do not silently describe a public USD starting price as an all-in local invoice.

Treat pricing and migration as separate work

A low recurring charge can still accompany a costly transition. Estimate setup, operator training, context review and the overlap period. Confirm what can actually be exported and imported rather than assuming the word CRM guarantees portability.

The migration checklist covers that work. The creator and agency stack guide helps identify which jobs need to remain connected.

Use the procurement checklist to preserve the evidence behind the selection. A good pricing decision is reproducible: another person can trace every number to a definition, quote or clearly labelled assumption.
