THE WORKBOOK

An OnlyFans software procurement checklist

A practical requirements and migration worksheet for creators and agency operators.

These are illustrative planning scenarios, not reports of vendor tests or customer outcomes. Adapt the examples to an account you are authorised to operate. Use the field guide for the underlying method and the interactive tool for your own inputs.

THE SITUATION

The solo creator adding a first tool

One person owns the inbox, content and reporting.

Work through it

Write the single task consuming the most useful time. Test that workflow before adding team-management features you do not yet need.

What to check

The trial should demonstrate a specific improvement that can be explained without a feature-count comparison.

THE SITUATION

The agency adding an operator

Several people need different access to the same operation.

Work through it

Map each role to the minimum information and actions required. Test an operator joining, changing responsibility and leaving.

What to check

A shared unrestricted login does not demonstrate granular team permissions.

THE SITUATION

The team switching systems

The existing tool contains approved account information and pending work.

Work through it

Export what is authorised and necessary, reconcile active items, pause the old action owner and test the replacement on a limited scope.

What to check

Keep a rollback path until ownership and record completeness are confirmed.

YOUR WORKING DOCUMENT

Keep the decision
with the evidence.

Use the plain-text worksheet in your own approved system. It contains headings only, so you control which information is recorded and where it is stored. Nothing entered in a downloaded file is returned to this publication.

Common mistakes to avoid

  1. Paying twice for the same feature without identifying an additional job.
  2. Treating a tool subscription and a staffed service contract as equivalent offers.
  3. Migrating live actions without deciding which system owns pending work.

Before implementing a workflow, confirm that it is supported by the chosen product and permitted under current platform rules. A planning example does not establish either. OnlyFans terms.
